All ribbons and cards supplied by Edikio are easy to install and benefit from Evolis High Trust® quality. These products have been tested by the Evolis Quality Department to guarantee professional results.

Plastic cards offer many advantages: 

• Easy to clean

  Strong enough to withstand frequent handling without bending or tearing
• Recyclable PVC for all card colors and formats*.

Ideal for showcasing your products on display stands, large enough to display all the necessary information without obscuring your products.

Dimensions of standard cards (CR80):

• 85.6 mm x 54 mm

They offer a larger writing surface so you can provide even more information to your customers. Flexible, they are easy to insert into shelf rails if necessary.

Dimensions of long cards:

• 120 x 50 mm
• 150 x 50 mm: the ideal format for bakery products, in compliance with French bread labelling decree 78-89/P.

Ideal if you need to highlight specific features (promotions, organic foods, labels, handmade items, etc.) or label small items (such as chocolates). Composed of three detachable parts, you can print several mini labels at the same time.

Folded cards offer two major advantages:

• A low-cost solution: folding labels allows them to stand on their own, so there’s no need to use special supports.
• Time-saving: no more endless searches for the right backing for your labels! What’s more, you save the time spent ordering, installing and cleaning them. Folded labels can be installed quickly and easily, with guaranteed stability.

Folding these labels is child’s play! From one format, you can create up to 5 others.

The various folding options increase your presentation possibilities and ensure that your labels always fit the size of your products.
If card folding doesn’t suit your needs, there are a number of special folding media that can offer the right solution.

Printing on plastic or paper cards requires periodic cleaning of the printer, since cards can attract dust and dirt. To help you maintain your printer’s performance and lifespan, Evolis supplies cleaning kits for thorough equipment cleaning.

Evolis High Trust® cleaning kits include various cleaning tools, each designed for a specific part of the printer:

• Print head: cotton buds, pencils
• Cleaning rolls: adhesive cards
• Transport rollers: T-cards
• Printer: wipes

The printhead warranty is directly linked to the periodic cleaning of your printer. If you do not clean your printer within the required time, the printhead warranty will no longer be valid.
To maintain the validity of your printer’s warranty, we recommend that you carry out the following cleaning cycles:
