American supermarket Seaside Market chooses Evolis to print price labels for its perishable products.

Constant price changes for perishable products make the recurrent updating of price labels more complex. To manage the daily issue of price tags more efficiently, the local supermarket in Cardiff-by-the-sea, California, installed an innovative system enabling it to print aesthetically pleasing price tags on plastic cards directly at the point of sale.

Thanks to the Evolis Primacy printing system, the Seaside Market supermarket not only harmonizes the aesthetics of its shelves, but also gains in efficiency. All staff members agree that the time saved by not printing, laminating and cutting paper signs every day is a huge step forward.

"It's not a luxury, but a necessity for us," says John Shamam.
