Food labels for Color Line Norwegian Ferries

ColorLine AS is one of Europe's largest ferry operators, employing 3,500 people in four countries. Each of its 6 ships has a capacity of 2,500 passengers. Management was looking fora more efficient and hygienic solution for editing, updating and cleaning 400 food labels posted in the restaurants and cafés of each ship.

The new label issuing system had to be compatible with the menu management software already in place, so as to maintain a single system for managing all the restaurants.

Thanks to the Evolis CardPresso Price Tag edition software included in the pack, staff can now quickly personalize each label with the name of the dish, ingredients and allergens.

Every month, 200 new food labels are printed in just a few minutes.
