The challenge: produce consistent, high-quality buffet labels
Before implementing the Edikio Guest Flex solution, the hotel used handwritten cards to present dishes in English and Chinese. This approach may have seemed simpler and more practical, but it had a number of drawbacks: too great a visual disparity from one label to the next, a lack of linguistic precision (particularly in terms of Asian characters), a waste of time, limited layout options...
