Price tags adapted to the humidor of the "Le Cigare et la Plume" boutique

Located in the heart of the Westfield Parly2 shopping center in the town of Le Chesnay-Rocquencourt (France), the civet shop "Le Cigare et la Plume" welcomes its customers in a warm and cosy setting. The store has aave à cigares offering several hundred product references for neophytes and amateurs alike. The team of passionate experts advises customers and offers cigars with a wide range of flavors and origins.

As in many stores, each product sold at "Le Cigare et la Plume" has its own price tag. However, the labelling system used in the humidor of Mrs Breda, the Tabac's manager, had a number of drawbacks, not least the environment in which it was placed. A humidor is a closed, damp, temperate space, which ensures that the flavours and aromas of the vitolas are perfectly preserved.

• Older labels were initially created from a matrix, using office software with limited graphic and editing capabilities.
• They were then printed on paper, a material highly sensitive to the humidity present in the humidor, which reduced their durability.
• Finally, the paper labels tended to fall off easily, as their arrangement in the cellar was neither optimal nor efficient.

• his name,
• where it comes from,
• the rating given by the benchmark magazine L'Amateur de cigare,
• and its sales code

Although Ms. Breda initially chose Edikio Price Tag for her humidor, the flexibility of the solution means she can now label other high-end products in her store: leather goods, pens, etc. She also plans to create a discount card for her most loyal customers.
